Francis C. “Bubba” Bashaw, the Branch Manager and founder of Austin’s Lender, oversees the daily branch operations in addition to teaching. Bubba has taught over 4000 Realtors and Loan Officers on various aspects of real estate lending and guidelines for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA and Portfolio lending. Bubba Bashaw continues to research new loan programs and teach classes for Realtors and Loan Officers across the State of Texas.
